Extremely Accurate Metering Accuracy – Meet TechnaFlo Series

The TechnaFlo series combines high dosing accuracy (below 1%), no pulsation, and long service life (20,000 hours) in a compact form.

  • No leaks – seal-less design
  • Precise dosing (<1%)
  • High chemical resistance – 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy C-276, titanium
  • Self-priming
  • Designed for continuous operation
  • Versions with Orbis™ Technology – up to 75% smaller footprint

Technaflo - How it works

How Magnetically Coupled Gear Pumps Work

TechnaFlo pumps use an external gear arrangement with magnetic coupling. As a result:

• The medium does not come into contact with the motor (no mechanical seals),

• It is possible to work with aggressive chemicals and abrasive liquids (≤20 µm),

• Leaks and the risk of seal failure are eliminated,

• A constant, even flow is ensured – no pulsation.

Meet Our TECHNAFLO Series

D-Series

The D-series pumps are compact devices designed for applications requiring very precise and reliable fluid flow at small sizes. Thanks to the use of magnetic coupling and a seal-less design, these pumps are completely leak-proof, making them an ideal solution for OEM, medical, and laboratory applications

  • Flow Ranges: 0.11-2.3 ml/Rev (up to 7.6 LPM)
  • Viscosity (cPs): 0.3 to 2000
  • Diff. Pressure: Up to 17 bar / 250 psi
  • System Pressure: Up to 34.5 bar / 500 psi
  • Temp. Range: -46° to 176°C / -50° to 350°F

T-Series

The T-series has been created with a wider range of flows and diverse process requirements in mind. Thanks to a robust construction, various size variants, and compatibility with a wide range of materials, T-Series pumps are perfect for industrial cooling systems, dosing, or transferring process liquids.

  • Flow Ranges: 2.6-12 ml/Rev (up to 38 LPM)
  • Viscosity (cPs): 0.3 to 2000
  • Diff. Pressure: Up to 17 bar / 250 psi
  • System Pressure: Up to 34.5 bar / 500 psi
  • Temp. Range: -46° to 176°C / -50° to 350°F

W-Series

The W-series pumps are the answer to the most demanding chemical-related applications, such as sodium hypochlorite (bleach), disinfectants, or other aggressive solutions. With a specially welded magnet in PTFE versions, the W series offers exceptional durability in corrosive and high-risk environments.

  • Flow Ranges: 0.11-12 ml/Rev (up to 38 LPM)
  • Viscosity (cPs): 0.3 to 2000
  • Diff. Pressure: Up to 17 bar / 250 psi
  • System Pressure: Up to 34.5 bar / 500 psi
  • Temp. Range: -46° to 176°C / -50° to 350°F

D-Series with Orbis

The D-Series version with Orbis™ Technology is a unique combination of a pump head integrated with a brushless DC motor (BLDC). This solution allows for a significant reduction in installation dimensions (by up to 75%) and simplification of the entire pumping system, which is extremely beneficial in OEM applications and devices with limited space.

  • Viscosity (cPs): 0.3 to 2000
  • Diff. Pressure: Up to 6,8 bar / 100 psi
  • Temp. Range: -40° to 120°C / -40° to 250°F
