Industrial Process Gear Pumps – GlobalGear and HD Series

GlobalGear® pumps are robust and service-friendly internal gear pumps designed for reliable operation in demanding industrial applications. They are characterized by a large shaft diameter, minimal seal wear, and a back pull-out design that allows for quick service without disassembly of the piping.

With a durable construction (ductile iron, 316 stainless steel, Nitronic 60) and a wide range of seals (including TuffSeall™ and API 13 plan options), GlobalGear® is suitable for applications with adhesives, asphalt, cleaning agents, food, and technical chemicals. The pumps can handle temperatures up to 400°F (204°C) and pressures up to 300 psi (21 bar), with a flow capacity of up to 1200 GPM (4542 LPM).

The HD series are circumferential piston pumps designed for fluids with extreme viscosity and containing solid particles. The absence of metal-to-metal contact and external timing gears ensures durability as well as resistance to abrasion and rotor blockage. With large rotors, sturdy shafts, and options for dry running (TuffSeall™, packing), HD pumps are perfectly suited for pumping meat, pet food, fruit preserves, chocolate, or technical chemicals. They operate at temperatures up to 500°F (260°C) and pressures up to 406 psi (28 bar), providing gentle medium transport and high reliability.
