Which Pump for Which Application?

Selecting the right pump depends on your lubrication volume, required pressure, and operational environment. 

ARO has several product lines. The LM and LP Series are great for general-purpose lubrication. The AFX Series is made for heavy-duty, high-viscosity grease applications.

ARO grease lubrication systems can provide up to 8.8 lbs -min, (4 kg/min) of grease. They use air motor ratios from 50:1 to 100:1. This allows for pressures as high as 10,000 psi (690 bar). 

Pumps are available for container sizes from 35 Ibs (16 kg) all the way up to 400 lbs. (180 kg). For operations that require uninterrupted flow, follower plates and drum covers ensure consistent priming and reduced material waste.

Applications include vehicle maintenance, manufacturing, construction equipment servicing, and centralized lubrication systems. Portable and stationary configurations are available to match the layout and demands of your workspace.
